Appointments are non-refundable unless canceled more than 48 hours in advance. If eligible for a refund, PayPal’s transaction fee will be deducted. Please only book if you are fully committed to your session. Missed or late-canceled appointments are forfeited.
🕒 Time Zone & Attendance
All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Time. It is the client’s responsibility to attend at the scheduled time.
🔁 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment through the booking system if it’s more than 48 hours in advance. If changes are needed within 48 hours, please email Heather@JenniferShaffer.com. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture.
❌ Cancellations
Refunds are not automatic. If you cancel with proper notice, you must email Heather@JenniferShaffer.com to request one. PayPal’s processing fee will be deducted. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your session and makes you ineligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Readings cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied to other services.
